Music licenses are digital products. Once your high-quality WAV master and license certificate have been delivered to your email, all sales are final.
If your WAV master has not yet been delivered, you may request a refund by contacting support with your order number. Refund requests are reviewed case by case and approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.
If you believe you were charged in error or charged twice, contact us immediately and we will resolve it.
When you purchase a license or send an inquiry, we collect the information you provide — your name, email address, and project details — solely to fulfill your order, deliver your license, and communicate with you about it.
Payment information is processed securely by our payment provider and is never stored on our servers. We never see or store your full card details.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties except as required to process your payment and deliver your order. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting support.

YouTube Content ID: a valid Bitchain Entertainment license covers your use of the track in your project. If you receive a Content ID claim on a properly licensed track, do not dispute it alone — contact us with your order number and a link to the affected video, and we will work with you to resolve the claim.
Our licenses are nonexclusive usage licenses. They do not transfer ownership of the music, and standalone audio files may not be resold, redistributed, or registered with any content identification system by the licensee.
